Auxerrois Blanc (Auxerrois Blanc de Laquenexy) is a white grape from in the region of Alsace.
Auxerrois is not related Pinot Blanc. However, many wines sold as Pinot Blanc in Alsace are made entirely from Auxerrois.
Auxerrois can show a range of flavors from Lemon Zest to Apple, Peach, and Melon.
